About Pasvo
Pasvo helps you get past applicant tracking systems and write a resume a human actually wants to read. We built it because the tools we tried did neither, and were not honest about it.
Why we built it
Most resume tools hand you a single mystery score and a big promise: "3x more interviews," "beat the bots," with nothing behind it. When we were the ones job hunting, that black box was the maddening part: a number that moved up or down with no explanation, advice that contradicted itself, and claims no tool could actually keep.
So we built the opposite. Pasvo shows its work. Every score breaks down into the parts we check for machine readability and the parts a human cares about, every AI suggestion comes with a reason, and when something is only an estimate, we say so. If that means we sometimes tell you what you did not want to hear, good. That is the feedback that actually helps you.
What we believe
Three principles the whole product is built around.
Transparency over a single score
The applicant tracking systems employers use do not hand you a score. Most parse your resume into fields a recruiter can search, and the ones that rank at all rank against one specific job. Greenhouse and Lever, two platforms a lot of tech companies use, do not score resumes at all. So instead of a mystery number, Pasvo separates the three things we check (keywords, structure, and parsability) and keeps a separate quality section for what human recruiters care about. You always know which part is weak, and why.
AI that reads before it writes
Our AI reads your whole resume before it suggests anything. It targets the gaps for the specific job you are chasing, adapts to how dense your resume already is, and explains every change it proposes. No generic phrase library, no filler you have to clean up later.
Honest about the limits
This is the one most tools skip. An ATS score is an estimate, not a guarantee. We model how applicant tracking systems parse and rank resumes. We are not a real ATS, and we will not pretend to be. We will never promise you a specific interview rate. We show you exactly how the scoring works and let your results speak for themselves.

If something is broken, or a claim on this site ever feels overblown, tell me. I read every message, and "we would rather be honest than impressive" is not a tagline here. It is the whole point.
