Pasvo is in beta, so we ship improvements often. Here is what has changed recently, newest first.

  • Fixed a shared-resume link issue: after entering the correct password, if the resume failed to load it could get stuck on “Loading resume...” indefinitely. It now shows a clear message with a “Try again” button.
  • Pressing Ctrl+S (or Cmd+S on Mac) in the resume editor now always stays in the app - your changes save immediately, and the browser's Save page dialog no longer appears.
  • If creating a resume fails - for example, a temporary connection problem - you now see a clear error message instead of nothing happening.
  • Ctrl+S (or Cmd+S on Mac) now also saves in the cover letter editor instead of opening the browser's Save page dialog.
  • If deleting or duplicating a resume or cover letter fails, you now see an error message instead of nothing happening.
  • Undo, redo, and save keyboard shortcuts now work with Caps Lock on, and redo with Cmd+Shift+Z now works on Mac.
  • The job-market statistics on the landing page now come from named, current sources (Gem 2026; United Way NCA 2026). We replaced older figures we could not verify.
  • Credit refunds for cover letter generation are now exact: if nothing was delivered, the credit is refunded automatically; a response that arrived but could not be displayed now counts as used and shows a clearer error message.
  • If saving your acceptance of updated terms fails, the consent banner now shows an error message instead of appearing to do nothing.
  • The feedback dialog now notes that reproducible bug reports may earn a few bonus credits as a thank-you.
  • As an extra privacy safeguard, automatic click tracking is now disabled - analytics record only the product events we designed.
  • Accounts that accepted an earlier version of our Terms and Privacy Policy will see a one-time banner asking to review and accept the current versions (updated June 29).
  • Error messages after a failed AI generation now say plainly when the attempt used a credit.

  • After checkout, the upgrade confirmation now waits for your account to actually switch to the new plan before celebrating, and says so plainly if the upgrade is still processing.
  • The credit-refunded message after a failed AI generation now only appears when the refund actually went through.
  • A cover letter generation that comes back blank is now refunded automatically instead of costing a credit.
  • Accepting AI optimization changes now detects edits made elsewhere instead of silently overwriting them, and dismissing two resume issues in quick succession no longer loses one.
  • Resume and cover letter exports now show an honest status message and download more reliably, including on mobile browsers like Safari.
  • If your account does not have a resume yet, the first-run flow now guides you to add one before scoring it against a job.
  • Corrected the pricing page: inline AI editing is included in Pro, not Premium-only.
  • Undo while typing (Ctrl or Cmd + Z) now uses your browser's normal character-level undo inside text fields, instead of undoing your whole resume.
  • Auto-save now saves your latest edit when you navigate away mid-edit, so in-progress changes are not lost.
  • The sign-up email verification step now has a “Resend code” link with a clear countdown before you can request another.
  • In-app feedback is now saved the moment you send it, before we email it, so nothing is lost if email delivery has a hiccup.

  • Resume import from photos and PDFs now uses Claude's vision model, which reads dense and image-based layouts more accurately, with an automatic fallback if it is unavailable.
  • Rewrote how we detect degree requirements, so the readiness check no longer reports a degree match that is not really in the job posting.
  • When a job lists a degree or certification as “preferred” or “a plus” rather than required, we now show it in a separate, non-scored section so it never counts against your readiness.

  • New free Application Readiness check gives you an instant, rules-based read on whether your resume is ready to apply - no AI credits used.
  • Raised the Free plan from 12 to 15 lifetime AI generations.
  • The pricing page now makes it clearer which limits are lifetime (Free) versus monthly (Pro and Premium).

  • The job-targeted ATS score and missing-keyword gap are now free for every account, with no credit cost. The AI rewrite that applies those keywords for you is still a Pro feature.
  • Added a credit activity list to Settings so you can see how your AI credits have been used.
  • The AI review now points out placeholder values it left for you to fill in, such as [X]%, instead of inventing a number.
