Your Privacy Choices

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

This page lets California residents - and anyone who wants to - exercise their privacy choices under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). It works alongside our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal information, your resume or cover-letter content, or anything else that identifies you, and we never share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. As explained in our Privacy Policy, we reserve the right to create and commercialize anonymized, aggregated insights - statistics that no longer identify anyone - but we do not produce or share any such insights today. The control below lets you opt out of the third-party product-analytics cookies (PostHog) we use to understand how the site is used.

Your opt-out choice

Checking your current privacy choice...

Opt out of sale or sharing

Using the control above opts you out of the third-party product-analytics cookies (PostHog) we use to understand how the site is used. Your choice is remembered on this browser and stays in effect on future visits. Because we treat all visitors as opted out by default until they accept analytics cookies, opting out here keeps that analytics capture switched off. If we ever build the anonymized, aggregated insights described in our Privacy Policy, those insights will be de-identified so they are no longer personal to you.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal. If your browser or a browser extension sends a GPC signal, we automatically treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information - you do not need to do anything else, and the control above will show that your signal has been detected. While an active GPC signal is present, we keep you opted out and the manual opt-in option is disabled.

Limit the use of sensitive information

Resumes can contain what California law calls "sensitive personal information." You can ask us to limit our use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide the Service. You are always in control of what you enter, and you can export or delete your data at any time from your Settings page.

Other California rights

You also have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion of your personal information, and to exercise these rights without discriminatory treatment. You can use the data management features in your Settings page or contact us at [email protected]. For full detail on all of your rights, see Section 8 of our Privacy Policy.
